Promectin Plus LV Allwormer

Promectin Plus LV Allwormer is an easy-to-administer, broad-spectrum formula that protects horses, foals and ponies against multiple worms. This oral paste is effective against tapeworms, large & small strongyles, pinworms, ascarids, hairworms, large mouth stomach worms, bots, lungworms and intestinal threadworms.

This Australian-made paste is easy to hide on the palm of your hand and discreetly administer. The treatment comes in a single-use syringe dose and due to its low volume, it is difficult for your horse to spit out. The treatment can be safely offered to horses of all ages, pregnant mares and stallions. It comes in two variants:

  1. Promectin PLUS LV Allwormer Paste for Horsesin the liveweight range of 300 kg to 600 kg and
  2. Promectin PLUS LV Allwormer Paste for Foals and Ponies in the liveweight range of 150 kg to 300 kg

  • Insert the syringe into the side of your horse’s mouth, in the gap between the front and back teeth
  • Administer the entire content of the syringe into the horse’s mouth
  • Raise the horse’s head for a few seconds after dosing to ensure that it has swallowed the entire dose

  • Do not use on foals or ponies less than 150 kg bodyweight
  • Do not use less than 28 days before slaughter for human consumption
  • Keep the product and its used containers away from children
  • If swallowed, get urgent medical help
  • Do not bring in contact with eyes or skin
  • Wash hands with soap and water after use
  • If poisoning occurs, seek immediate medical help
  • Do not dispose of the chemical or used container in water bodies as one of its ingredients is toxic to aquatic species
  • Dispose of the empty syringes by wrapping them in paper and putting them in the garbage
